Setting up auto-refill

Automatically top up your credits when they run low so hiring is never interrupted.

Auto-Refill monitors your credit balance and automatically purchases more credits when you fall below a threshold you set.

Enabling auto-refill

  1. 1Go to Billing and open the Auto-Refill section.
  2. 2Toggle "Enable Auto-Refill" on.
  3. 3Set your minimum balance threshold — auto-refill triggers when your balance drops below this number (default: 10 credits).
  4. 4Choose a refill amount: 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 credits.
  5. 5Add a payment method if you haven't already.
  6. 6Save your settings.

Auto-refill requires a saved payment method and will charge it automatically. If a payment fails 3 times in a row, auto-refill will be disabled and you will need to re-enable it manually.
