Setting up a public application page

Share a link or QR code so candidates can apply and begin an AI interview directly.

The public application page allows candidates to apply for your job and start an AI interview without being manually invited. This is ideal for high-volume hiring or walk-in scenarios.

Enabling public applications

  1. 1Open the job in edit mode.
  2. 2Scroll to "Public Application Settings".
  3. 3Toggle on "Enable Public Applications".
  4. 4Copy the public link and share it on your careers page, LinkedIn, or job boards.
  5. 5Optionally download the QR code for physical job postings.

Check-in mode

For walk-in candidates (e.g., at a job fair), enable Check-In mode. A separate QR code displays a kiosk-style check-in form where candidates enter their details and immediately start their interview.

Public applications consume credits. Credits are deducted when a candidate completes an AI interview through the public application page. The cost varies based on interview configuration.
