Creating a job posting in AngleHR is the first step to screening candidates with AI-powered interviews. Follow the steps below to get your first posting live.
Steps to create a job posting
- 1Click "New Job" on your dashboard.
- 2Enter the job title, department, location, and employment type.
- 3Write or paste your job description and requirements. You can also let SmartHire Assist generate a description for you.
- 4Select your interview topics — these are the areas the AI will explore with candidates (e.g., technical skills, communication, culture fit).
- 5Configure public application settings if you want candidates to apply directly from a public link.
- 6Review all settings, then click "Save Job" to create the posting.

After creating your job
Once your job is saved, you can invite candidates to complete an AI interview, share a public application link, or set up a QR code for walk-in applicants.
