Inviting candidates to an AI interview

Manually add candidates and send them an interview invitation by email.

Once you have a job posting, you can invite candidates to complete an AI screening interview. Credits are consumed when the candidate completes their interview — the cost varies based on interview configuration.

How to invite a candidate

  1. 1Open the job from your dashboard.
  2. 2Click "Add Candidate" and enter their name and email address.
  3. 3Select "Send Interview Invitation" from the candidate actions menu.
  4. 4The candidate receives an email with a secure link to start their interview.

You can add multiple candidates at once using the bulk CSV upload feature. Download the template from the candidate list page.

What happens next

The candidate receives an email with a personal link. They can complete the interview at any time using a computer or mobile device. Once finished, results appear in your candidate list within minutes.
