AngleHR uses an AI voice agent to conduct structured screening interviews. The AI asks candidates questions based on the topics you configure for each job, then analyzes responses to generate assessment scores and a written summary.
The candidate experience
- 1Candidate receives an email with a unique interview link.
- 2They open the link on any device (desktop, tablet, or mobile).
- 3The AI introduces itself and begins the interview using natural conversation.
- 4Candidate answers questions verbally — no typing required.
- 5The interview typically takes 15–45 minutes depending on configuration.
- 6When finished, results appear in the employer dashboard within minutes.
What the AI evaluates
The AI assesses candidates across five dimensions:
