What you'll see

• Overall star rating and summary
• Per-dimension scores with strengths and areas for improvement
• Full transcript of the conversation
• Audio playback with waveform visualization

Taking action

From the results page you can move the candidate to the next stage, send a rejection email, or schedule a live interview. All actions are logged in the activity timeline.
