Understanding the candidate pipeline

The candidate pipeline tracks every applicant from their first contact to a final decision. Each status represents a stage in your hiring process.

Pipeline stages

• Applied — candidate has submitted an application
• AI Interview Pending — invited but interview not yet started
• AI Interview — interview in progress
• Live Interview Pending — invited to schedule a live interview
• Live Interview — live interview scheduled
• Reference Check — references being collected
• Hired — offer accepted
• Rejected — candidate not moving forward

Moving candidates

Use the action buttons on the candidate card or the detailed profile page to move candidates forward or mark them as rejected. All transitions are logged with a timestamp.
