Scheduling live interviews

Set availability and let candidates self-schedule live interviews after the AI screening.

After candidates complete an AI interview, you can invite them to schedule a live (in-person or video) interview at a time that works for both parties.

Setting up availability

  1. 1Go to Account Settings and open the Live Interview Settings section.
  2. 2Set your weekly availability using the schedule grid.
  3. 3Add any blackout dates when you are unavailable.
  4. 4Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to prevent double-booking.

Inviting a candidate

  1. 1Open the candidate profile and select "Schedule Live Interview".
  2. 2The candidate receives an email with a self-scheduling link.
  3. 3They pick a time from your available slots.
  4. 4Both parties receive calendar invites automatically.
