Scheduling live interviews
Set availability and let candidates self-schedule live interviews after the AI screening.

After candidates complete an AI interview, you can invite them to schedule a live (in-person or video) interview at a time that works for both parties.
Setting up availability
- 1Go to Account Settings and open the Live Interview Settings section.
- 2Set your weekly availability using the schedule grid.
- 3Add any blackout dates when you are unavailable.
- 4Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to prevent double-booking.
Inviting a candidate
- 1Open the candidate profile and select "Schedule Live Interview".
- 2The candidate receives an email with a self-scheduling link.
- 3They pick a time from your available slots.
- 4Both parties receive calendar invites automatically.
