Third-Party AI Services We Use

AngleHR does not operate its own AI models. We integrate off-the-shelf services from established AI providers, each chosen for reliability, security, and industry-leading performance.

Candidate Interview Intelligence

OpenAI language models power the AI interviewer that conducts real-time, dynamic conversations with candidates — asking follow-up questions, exploring responses, and keeping the conversation natural.

Candidate Analysis & Scoring

After each interview, OpenAI models analyze transcripts to surface candidate strengths, communication style, soft skills, and overall fit — producing the ranked profiles you see in your dashboard.

Report Generation

Written summaries and hiring recommendations for each candidate are generated using OpenAI models based solely on the content of the interview.

Data Note

Interview transcripts and candidate responses are sent to OpenAI for processing. No personally identifiable information beyond what candidates voluntarily provide during the interview is shared.

Real-Time Speech Transcription

Deepgram converts candidate speech to text in real time during voice interviews. This transcript is what our AI analyzes — Deepgram itself does not evaluate or score the candidate's responses.

Data Note

Candidate audio from voice interviews is streamed to Deepgram for transcription. Deepgram's data retention and usage policies govern how audio data is handled on their end.

AI Interviewer Voice Synthesis

ElevenLabs generates the spoken voice of the AI interviewer that candidates hear during their interview. It converts the AI's text responses into natural-sounding audio in real time.

Data Note

The text of the AI interviewer's questions and responses is sent to ElevenLabs to produce audio output. No candidate data is sent to ElevenLabs.

Our Commitments

No AI Training on Your Data

AngleHR does not use candidate interview data or employer job configurations to train AI models — ours or any third-party service.

Minimum Necessary Data

Only the data required to perform each AI function is shared with a third-party provider. We don't send more information than is needed.
