Company Overview

AngleHR is an early-stage B2B SaaS company on a mission to fix the broken hiring process for businesses of all sizes.

What We Do

AngleHR is an AI-powered hiring platform that transforms recruitment by addressing fundamental gaps in traditional resume-based hiring. We use conversational AI to screen every candidate and generate in-depth profiles that reveal what resumes never can.

Our platform enables businesses to automatically interview every interested candidate, rank them against the ideal candidate profile, and build pre-vetted pipelines of interested applicants ready for immediate deployment. Businesses receive detailed assessments, interview transcripts, and audio files — allowing them to move directly to final selection instead of spending hours reviewing resumes based on keyword matching or manual screening.

AngleHR also helps companies build ongoing talent pipelines. Rather than starting from scratch each time a role opens, employers continuously collect qualified candidates who have already been screened and evaluated. This enables faster hiring, reduces no-shows, and ensures dependable workers are ready when demand increases.

By automating early-stage hiring, AngleHR saves time, improves candidate quality, and gives businesses access to capabilities that previously required entire recruiting teams.

The Problem

  • Resume Overload: 250+ applications per role, yet only 3–5 are ever reviewed
  • AI Sameness: 80%+ of resumes are now AI-written, making it nearly impossible to distinguish candidates
  • Surface-Level Data: Resumes reveal credentials, not capability, communication, or cultural fit
  • High Failure Rate: 46% of new hires fail within 18 months — costing 1–2x annual salary each time

Our Solution

  • Conversational AI interviews every applicant — not just a random handful
  • Surfaces communication, motivation, and soft skills resumes can't show
  • Fully configurable interview topics tailored to each role
  • Ranks every candidate against a custom Ideal Candidate Profile with detailed scoring
  • Builds pre-vetted pipelines so hiring teams move straight to final selection
